DfES's Qualifications Website offers a range of information for parents, teachers, pupils, lecturers, students, employers and anyone with an interest in qualifications. Whether you are looking for information on GCSEs or 'A' levels or vocational qualifications or for guidance on the latest policy developments, this site may be able to help.

NVQs
This website is designed to give you a background to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) - why they exist and how they can help individuals and key players in the employment, training and qualifications world.

Key Skills
This site outlines the Government's position on Key Skills, it looks at the way forward and some of the issues which surround future developments. The term Key Skills is used to define those generic skills which individuals need in order to be effective members of a flexible, adaptable and competitive work force and for lifelong learning.

National Record of Achievement (NRA)
The NRA is a lifelong record of achievement to support the self-development of individuals. This site will enable you to download templates, order extra materials and find out more about the NRA.

Progress File
Progress File: Achievement Planner is an interactive ‘family’ of materials designed to assist individuals, from age 13 to adult, plan and manage their own learning throughout their lives. It builds on the good practice from the current National Record of Achievement.
