16.7 We propose that some assistance in planning and implementing elements of the strategy and process of cultural change we have advocated should be provided by the Advisory Group, following the consultation which will follow the publication of the White Paper. We intend to come forward with further proposals on this shortly, but it should include working through in more detail the various proposals put forward in this report and identifying and giving publicity to good practice in the promotion of lifelong learning.
