Learning for a Change in Healthcare is the first report on widening participation in learning from Professor Bob Fryer, National Director for Widening Participation in Learning at the Department of Health.

It is presented for wider consideration and discussion by colleagues in healthcare, key partners and stakeholders.

An explicit aim is to mobilise learning, and widening participation in learning, as a major element in health service transformation.
