What's out there? As a learning provider or local Learning Partnership, looking to fill an apparent gap for older learners, you may find it makes sense to get the whole picture of what exists locally – whether formal or community-based. A mapping exercise can help to uncover, analyse and publicise the activities available locally. It could result in: a local directory of opportunities, for wide circulation better use of resources, and opportunities to access new resources dialogue and partnerships between service providers and older people’s forums development of provision.
