Dudley MBC and Dudley TEC are working closely with the aim of creating a 'Learning Borough'. It is intended that this be formalised in an agreed strategy involved Dudley MBC, Dudley TEC, Local FE Colleges and Dudley Chamber of Industry & Commerce, amongst other partners. Dudley's proposals will build upon 'The Learning Age" Green Paper, taking advantage of the Lifelong Learning focus now given to a Department of Dudley MBC, and building on the opportunity presented by the fibre optic cable network now covering the borough.
